Text of Spiritual Chat 32:

1.  Introduction - to Spiritual Chat 32

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim. In the name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.  Al-salam 'alaykum, my dearest loving sister Rumi.

My love you (anbu) - Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie Beutler).

RumiSmith786:

Wa 'alaikum al-salam, dear Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen. Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim.

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Would you like to wisdom chat, my dearest sister of my heart, of the heart of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him)?

RumiSmith786:

Thank you for the icon. Yes we would like to wisdom chat, we were hoping to find you. Before the wisdom we would like to tell you that we got a TV to watch Emperor Wang Guhn. They started a repeat of the story and it plays at 11am.

RumiSmith786:

Also on Friday evening they will have a fundraiser showing the end of the epic tale and a preview for the new one which will start on Nov. 7, at 10 pm. It will be running Thursdays and Fridays at 10 pm only and it will be a continuation of Emperor Wang Guhn with his son being Emperor. That is the information that we got.

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Wonderful.  We didn't see the beginning of the story of Emperor Wang Guhn, and we will see if Bawa has us watch it.  Al-hamdu lillah.  Allahu Akbar.

What a wonder is this God of our, and His Messenger for our age, which is our Father,
Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen
(may God be pleased with Him).

RumiSmith786:

Yes, what a wonder is this life of ours, what a grace. The pre-show this coming Friday is at 8 pm. Is the rerun also shown at midnight?

2.  Learning To Do Nothing Correctly - allowing the "Silent One to appear as Grace"
within us, allowing the "World to appear as a tiny thing" within us, allowing
"Sorrow, which is a maiden, to be destroyed" within us

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Wonderful.  I don't know about the rerun at midnight.  Have you had a chance to read
Spiritual Letter 33
yet.  It is truly amazing.

RumiSmith786:

No, we have not looked at our messages for over a week. We just opened it now. We will have to print it out and read it. It is easier for us to read it on paper.

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Joining with Bawa to write Spiritual Letter 33, "To Truly See All People As Our Brothers Is Islam", to all of our brothers and sisters at the Bawa Muhaiyaddeen Fellowship, has been a great blessing in my life, and is starting to answer some very important questions for this child, like

"How we change the world we are living in by "us" doing nothing, correctly".

RumiSmith786:

Are you still there?

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Yes.  We were waiting for your reaction to the last wisdom point that we shared.  It is very, very important.

RumiSmith786:

We must read the letter in order to understand. At this point my reaction is,

"We can't even change ourselves, let alone the world we are living in?"

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Yes.  That is a good start, but what does that understanding tell you about the process of change?

RumiSmith786:

That we have to allow (change to occur "inside" of us, we have to allow),

"True Man to be revealed by God within the Creation of God within us".

Then change will happen (both "inside" of us and "outside" of us).

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Yes.  That is a wonderful answer.  First, we have to allow change to occur "inside" of  us, so change can occur "outside" of us.

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Second, we have to have an understanding of what can change both "inside" and "outside" of us, if we allow it to first change "inside" of us.

And that is what we have shared many times, that God is actually doing something within us, and that our Shaikh is actually doing something within us.  That in truth, "who we are" is "what is happening" within us, not what we may think is only happening "outside" of us, to both us and our brothers and sisters living in the world that we see in our ignorance as existing "outside" of us.

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Third, we have to know what will allow Them within us (our Shaikh within us and God within Him) to change the "inside" of us.

RumiSmith786:

Yes, please tell me more. And how are we allowing True Man (within us) to be revealed by God (within us)?  By not doing anything without Bawa?

Sometimes, by God's grace it is so easy to have the awareness totally in the heart and let Bawa rule our lives, and then the mind takes over again, and our actions and words come from impulses, instead of from wisdom.

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Yes and No.  Yes, you must do everything with Bawa, but also no, you must not let Him do it alone without you, you must not "let Bawa rule your life" as "separate from" you ruling your life.  You must join as "One with" Bawa, and as "One with" God within Him, to rule your life.

That is the way my dearest loving sister Rumi, "Oneness", which is the current life of God and Bawa within us, within our innermost heart, not "separation and differences", which is our current life within us, within our mind and desire.

This is what must end within us, our life of "separation and differences", our living in our mind and desire, not our ruling over our life.  Now we must learn to rule over all of the lives within us as "One with" God and Bawa within us, from within our innermost heart,
like
the tip of the arrow joins with the arrow, the bow, and the archer to pierce the target.  This is the only change required in our life.

We must never think that Bawa within us, and God within Him, is doing anything "separate from" us, that what He is doing is "separate from" us doing it, because in truth there is only One within us. We must always do everything in partnership with Him, as "One with" Him within us, and as "One with" God within Him, never seeing Him, or God within Him, as Ruling our life "separate from" us Ruling our life, never
letting Him, or God within Him, "Rule our lives" without us.

And in this way, by always joining with Bawa within us and with God within Him,
before we do or say anything, by always "intending as God intends", and by always saying the word "Bawa" before we do or say anything, and in this way, by always becoming the "Three of Us" before we do or say anything, by always becoming the "Three of Us" within the "Three of God" within us, which is the Triple Flame of God within us, before we do or say anything, and in this way, by always becoming the "Three of Us", with "us" as the - Disciple, Shaikh, and God - within the Triple Flame of God within us, with the "Three of God" as - Ya Allah, Ya Rasul, Ya Muhaiyaddeen - within us, before we do or say anything, allowing the "Three of God" within us to again become the "One of God" within us, which is True Man within the Creation of God within us, and in this way, completing God's intention within us.  Then our life will move forward.

Amen, Amen, Ya Rabil Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahman Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahim Alameen.  Al-hamdu lillah.  Allahu Akbar.

Then, and only then, will we have learned to change the world "outside" of all of us,
by doing nothing correctly "outside" of us, by not doing anything "outside" of us from the state of "separation from" God, which only deepens our life of "separation and differences", which is our life in the world of illusion that we see in our ignorance as existing "outside" of us, which only nourishes and strengthens all of the lives of darkness within the huge world of darkness that we have in our ignorance opened within us.

That we have opened within us, when, around the age of 2 years old, we closed our pure hearts, we forgot about our real life as "One with" God within us, and we started to live our life as "separate from" God in the illusory world "outside" of us with our mother and father, with our brothers and sisters, and with all of our family and friends, who gradually became our school mates, our co-workers, our wife or husband, and finally our children, and in this way, completing the cycle of illusion, of "separation and differences" that will eventually lead us to hell, to an eternal life of "separation from" God

My dearest loving sister Rumi, this must be our focus, to join with Bawa within us and with God within Him to close down the world of darkness within us, by letting Bawa within us and God within Him pass judgment on all of the lives of darkness within us,
before we die
, by "intending as God intends" within us, by joining with our Guru and within God within Him to ask for the remedy that will dispel the world of darkness within us.

And we can do this by joining with Bawa within us, and with God within Him, to recite the prayers that Bawa has given us that focus on this work, this remedy for the darkness within us, this remedy for the world of darkness "inside" of us that is the true source of our life of "separation and differences" on the "outside" of us, this remedy for the temporary life of "separation from" God that is currently leading us to the angel of death, to the suffering of the grave, to Qiyamah, the Standing Forth, the Day of Judgment, and to an eternal life of "separation from" God.

For example, Bawa teaches us two such prayers on page 8, in the "Invocation To Allah", and on page 11, in the, "Invocation To The Guru", in the book, "The Pearl of Wisdom".

We need to join with our wisdom and with the truth of God within us, which is our Shaikh within us and God within Him, to recite these prayers at least once a day, and in this way, destroy the world of darkness within us, before we die.

For example, in the "Invocation  To The Guru", Bawa teaches us about this Secret Way of the Guru, when He tells us, in conversation with the True Disciple, to "Ask for remedy in order to shine everywhere", in order to "Dispel the darkness in the world" within us:

Disciple:

          "To let Grace spring forth,
          To let darkness vanish,
To let the love of Guru grow,
          To let qualities be purified.
O Graceful Guru, give me a remedy."

Disciple:

"Show us a way to dispel the darkness in the world."

Guru:

"O Son, I shall sing a song and then answer your question:

'For the Silent One to appear as Grace,
To find the world as a tiny thing,
To destroy Sorrow which is a maiden,
With help from the Master Guru's graceful way,
Seek and learn standing on the path,
And ask with a melting heart.'

'Let the body become the true mystery,
                    Dominant with grace,
                    Let the seed be destroyed,
                    Blinding both eyes.'

                    'Enshrine in thy heart,
The lamp of Guru's graceful words,
                    With a heart of love,
                    See Aathi as a thing.'

'Spread the Guru's words with delightful heart,
Unfurl the flag of Guru's words everywhere,
Then the fate that accompanies three
                    Shall turn into dust.'

"My true and perfect pupils, gems of my eyes,
Ask for the remedy in order to shine everywhere."

And Bawa teaches us another such prayer on page 68, in Chapter 19, "Service to the Guru", in the book, "The Pearl of Wisdom", a prayer we need to join with Bawa within us, and within God within Him, to recite each day, before it is too late, before we die, or before the world "outside" of us is prematurely destroyed,

"I trust You always, O Guru Nathar (Guru who guides).
Make my soul pure in this impure birth,
          And make it shine."

"Grant me the grace of the Holy One."

(Ya Quddus, Ya Quddus, Ya Quddus,
Ya Quddus, Ya Quddus, Ya Quddus,
Ya Quddus, Ya Quddus, Ya Quddus)

And along with this prayer in Chapter 19, Bawa teaches us the meaning of Service to The Guru, which we must also make the focus of our life, and which, like the prayers, we must never try to do alone, but must join with our Shaikh within us, and with God within Him, to complete, to complete the Service to the Guru within us, which Bawa teaches us is in truth, Service to God within the Guru within us, and which includes the following,

"Pay obeisance at the feet of your virtuous Guru. Seek Him, perform your duty
towards Him. This is the glorious word of the Guru's most precious request. This
is the oil of the heart that flickers without a wick. This is the gracious word."

"It is beneficial to serve Him. Do not run away. Do not turn away. Do not stumble
and fall. Do not look up or down. Look at the center. Keep the virtuous Guru in
your heart. Surrender your body, wealth, and soul - all three - to Him."

"Pay close attention to the Guru's words. Observe good conduct, good character,
and good behavior. Speak good words. The words of the Guru are beyond the
sciences and the religions, and should be adhered to. They are glorious words."

"Do not have a frown on your face. Do not restrict your heart. Do not be haughty.
          Forget esteem and pride."

"Accept the Guru as the Father of Light, the One who removes your
idiosyncrasies, the Lamp that dispels darkness, and the Substance that fills your
heart. Accept Him as the One who teaches that birth is suffering, unclean, and
destructive. He is the mystical essence of the scriptures. He is the seed of
wisdom, and will lead you to the good path."

"Reflect and remember the Guru with a full and loving heart. Be of service to Him.
Seek the good Guru leader, my disciples, gems of my eyes.  The Guru presides
over the abode of the divine state."

"It is the primary duty of the disciples to greet the Guru with reverence, and obtain
His blessings with patience and silence.  They must be seated in one place
without making any disturbance. The second duty is to conduct yourself knowing
your inner responsibility, and not disobeying the Guru's words."

"You should complete your duties with purity of body, mind, and speech, even if
there is any difficulty in the administration. Get up early in the morning, bathe
yourself, remember God with purity and worship Him and fulfill all your regular
duties. Pay obeisance to the Guru Deva, and stay in readiness to perform the
          duties of the Guru."

Amen, Amen, Ya Rabil Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahman Alameen.  Amen,  Amen, Ya Rahim Alameen.  Al-hamdu lillah.  Allahu Akbar.

3.  Learning To Work With Bawa, In Partnership With Bawa, And With God
Within Him - not trying to put the responsibility for our life either completely on
us or completely on Bawa within us, and on God within Him

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Remember the other day you said,

"I used to think it was either/or, either I was there or Bawa was there, but not
the both of us working together?"

That is the way it is, both of you working together as "One", once you get rid of the idea of "you" as "separate from" Bawa, and "you" as "separate from" God within Him, by you saying the word "Bawa" or "Bawa Muhaiyaddeen", or "Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) before you do or say anything, and once you "intend as God intends".

And in this way, inviting Bawa to come out of your heart, which is where He lives within you with God, and to come into your mind and desire, which is where you live within you with your brothers and sisters, in the illusory world that you see in your ignorance as existing "outside" of you, and in this way, inviting Bawa to join with you to complete God's intention within you.

That is way, my dearest loving sister Rumi.

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

4. "Intending as God Intends" And Never Being "Separate From" God - that is
          the way

It is never that "Bawa is ruling our life" or that "we are ruling our life", it is always that everything within us is ruling our lives.  The only difference is "what is our intention", and whether we are trying to do it alone or with our wisdom, and with the truth of God within us, with Bawa, and with God within Him.

If you want something for the Rumi that is "separate from" God within you, then everything within you gets together within you, including Bawa and God within Him, and tries to complete that intention for you.

And if you don't want anything for Rumi as "separate from" God, and see that path as useless, and instead, hand the "intending for your life" back to God, saying,

"O God, please end my intending as 'separate from You', and let my life be led by
what 'You are intending' for this life that You have created."

Then everything gets together within you to complete that intention, which is "God's Intention for your life", including God and Bawa within you.  This is how it works.

As long as our focus is on "ourselves" as "separate from" God, then all we get from the effort of everything within us is just that, is something that is "separate from" God.  This is why Bawa tells us to "Intent as God intends", and to then join with Bawa within us, and with God within Him, to complete that intention.  Then we will get something that is "One with" God within us.

RumiSmith786:

Like last Sunday, we were sitting in Bawa's room, not meditating, just sitting, and everything inside got still, the mind sat down, the 'I' sat down, and the connection was only with Truth, wisdom, Bawa.  I don't know what to call it, but in that space 'I' could not move or say or do anything without God or Bawa.

In that place every question is being answered by wisdom. People are seen in a true way, when 'I' got up, 'I' could not do one step without Bawa directing me. That is how it is when we say "Bawa is living our life". There is no want or desire in that place.

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Al-hamdu lillah.  Allahu Akbar. My love you my dearest loving sister Rumi.  You are a very good child of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him).

5.  The Outside And The Inside of Us Must Become One - making our "words" and
          our "actions" into One

RumiSmith786:

Al-hamdu lillah. Allahu Akbar. Please tell me more about step 3, as follows,

"Third, we have to know what will allow Them within us (our Shaikh within us and
God within Him) to change the 'inside' of us".

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

First we must understand that for Them to change the "inside" of us, that "us" living on the "outside" of us must end, and all that we do on the "outside" of us must also end, like "us" sitting in Bawa's room expecting something to happen to us, or not expecting something to happen to us.

For example, we handed what you just shared to Bawa and Bawa said,

"What you described could only really happen within you, not outside of you,
and if it happened within you there would no longer be any outside of you
separate from the inside of you, and in this case, only God would be there, not
you and God, or you and Bawa, and certainly not you in Bawa's room with your
          brothers and sister."

"There would be no observer, no one to report what had happened."

In this way, the first step is to realize that what has to happen "inside" of us is not about "us" living on the "outside" of us, but is about what God and True Man are doing within us, about what They have started within us, which is to reveal True Man within the Creation of God within us, and to reveal God within the Creation of True Man within us, and the second step is to realize that nothing can change "inside" of us until we get out of the idea of "us", and our brothers and sisters, as living "outside" of us, and as "separate from" God, as "separate from" each other, and as "separate from" the Creation of God within us.

In this way, we must stop trying to be good, or successful, or to "get it right" on the "outside" of us, and instead, get into what Bawa and God are doing on the "inside" of us, and in this way, let the "outside" of us end, before we die, and before the "outside" of all of us is prematurely destroyed.

(Note: For more on the premature destruction of the world "outside" of us, please read
Spiritual Letter 33
, "To Truly See All People As Our Brothers Is Islam")

RumiSmith786:

We did not expect anything to happen in Bawa's room, we were sitting there with a lot of other people for the marriage blessing of John Neil's daughter Suhaiba.

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Second, we must make everything happening to us on the "outside" of us be of great value, not of great value to us "outside" of us, but of great value to God and Bawa within us.

For example, what you experienced as happening in Bawa's room is only of real value, when you reject it as having anything to do with you, with you living on the "outside" of you with your brothers and sisters, but rather you accept it as having to do with what is happening "inside" of you, with what is living within you, as having to do with what the wisdom and truth of God within you, what your Shaikh within you and God within Him,
need to do
within you, in order to bring to judgment all of the lives of darkness living within you, that give you the illusion of sitting in Bawa's room "with a lot of other people for the marriage blessing of John Neil's daughter Suhaiba".  Do you understand?

RumiSmith786:

That is true, in that state there is no separate outside from inside, there is no duality.

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Third, we must not want anything, through the realization that we already have everything, and we must realize that anything that happens to us on the "outside" of us is but a reflection of something else, of something that is really going on "inside" of us, which if we handle correctly, by handing it to our wisdom, and to the truth of God within us, to our Shaikh within us and to God within Him, will move our life forward, like a car moves forward by burning up the gas it is carrying.

This is what is meant when we say, learning "how we change the world" we are living in, by "doing nothing correctly", by doing nothing on the "outside" of us and by
re-directing
what comes to the "outside" of us to the "inside" of us, allowing God and Bawa within us to pass judgment on the lives of darkness "inside" of us, and in this way, changing both the "inside" and the "outside" of us, making the "outside" and the "inside" of us One, and in this way, making our "words" and our "actions" One.   Do you understand?

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Just like it is never "Bawa" living your life without you, or "you" living your life without
Bawa
, and without God within Him, it is never us "doing something" or us "doing nothing".  It is always "everything within us" joining in to complete "everything that we are intending".

Again, that is why Bawa teaches us to,

          "Make God's intention our search".

And once we have found it, to join with it, and to let it happen within us, by not having our own agenda, like "us" as "separate from" God wanting to get to God, or having wisdom, or having peace, or being good, or experiencing something exalted or divine, or being one with God, or having wisdom or an understanding of something, or anything else that further defines us as "separate from" the Oneness that is God and True Man within us.

We must stop thinking of ourselves as "separate from" everything that is living within us, and instead join with it, join with all of it, and let the wisdom and truth of God within us win over everything within us, let our Shaikh within us, and God within Him, win over
it all, bringing it all to judgment within us,
bringing to judgment all of the lives of darkness within us, and within that judgment of the lives of darkness within us, to reveal True Man within the Creation of God within us, within the dunya, the earth world, and to reveal God within the Creation of True Man, within akhirah or the hereafter or
firdaus
, the 8th heaven, the kingdom of God.

Do you see the difference, my dearest sister Rumi, between this way of living "inside" of us, with "us" as "One with" Bawa within us and with God within Him, and with all of the Creation of God within us, and our current way of living "outside" of us, with "us" as "separate from" Bawa within us and God within Him, with "us" as "separate from" each other "outside" of us, and with "us" as "separate from" the Creation of God within us, that God has personally and ever so lovingly placed within each of us, before we came here, to the dunya or earth world within us, before we came to God's School of Contrast within us, where we have come to learn about who we already are, and having learned, return as One with God and True Man within us, which in truth is God and True Man within us.

Amen, Amen, Ya Rabil Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahman Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahim Alameen.  Al-hamdu lillah.  Allahu Akbar.

Only in this way, my dearest loving sister Rumi, can we change the "outside" of us,
can we change
the world that we all now live in, on the "outside" of us, by joining in partnership with Bawa "inside" of us, and with God within Him, to change the "inside" of all of us, by bringing the lives of darkness within all of us to judgment, before we die.

And in this way, and only in this way, can we change the "outside" of us, by first changing the "inside" of us, by first doing "nothing correctly" on the "outside" of us, by first handing our "outside" to our "inside", by first joining in partnership with our "inside" over our "outside", by first joining in partnership with our wisdom, and with the truth of God within us, with our Shaikh within us and with God within Him.

Only in this way, can we change the "outside" of all of us, because as Bawa teaches us,

"The "outside" of us is but a reflection of the "inside" of us."

Only in this way, can we change anything "outside" of us, by us "doing nothing correctly" on the "outside" of us, by us trusting in God and joining with our wisdom to complete God's intention within us, and certainly not the other way around, by us "doing anything" on the "outside" of us, by "us" as "separate from" God having personal experiences on the "outside" of us, no matter how exalted they may seem?

RumiSmith786:

Well, we know that God is giving these experiences for a reason and when He does so He is re-arranging things inside, cutting karma etc. It is what God is doing inside of us and it is all part of God's intention within us. It is not something personal or something we have asked for.

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

Al-hamdu lillah.  Allahu Akbar.  My love you my dearest loving and "living" sister Rumi. You are correct that God is giving these experiences for a reason, and that when He does so He is re-arranging things inside of you, and within me, and within all of us, but it is not cutting Karma in any way.

For as long as you think God is giving the experience to "you" as "separate from" God, or to "you" as "separate from" anything living within you or "outside" of you, and thinking this way, "you" accept the experience from God and then try to use it to further define yourself, to further define "you" as "separate from" God, as "separate from" your brothers and sister on the "outside" of you, and as "separate from" the Creation of God within you, then nothing of value can really come from the experience.

For anything of value to come from the experience you must get it out of your hand and get it into God's hand within you, as being from God to God, not from God to "you" as "separate from" God, and you must accept it as being about God, as about what God is doing within you, and not about what "you" as "separate from" God are doing "outside" of "you".

Once you do this, once you have gotten rid of the experience, once you have handed what you have experienced back to God within you, as His property, not "your" property, as about His duty within you, not about "your" duty "outside" of you, saying firmly to God,

"Thank You God, but no thank You, what's next."

Then God within you can accept what He has given you, as His, not yours, as having to do with His duty within you, with what He is doing within you, not with "your" duty "outside" of you, not with what you are doing "outside" of you, allowing Them, allowing Bawa within you, and God within Him, to use the experience to move forward Their agenda within you, not your agenda "outside" of you, to move forward Their agenda within you which is to reveal True Man within the Creation of God within you, and to reveal God within the Creation of True Man within you.

And in this way, and only in this way, cutting the Karma within you, by ending all of the lives of darkness within you, by passing judgment on them within you, and in this way,
by ending
your life as "separate from" Them "outside" of you, and by beginning your life as "One with" Them "inside" of you, by beginning your life as "One with" your wisdom, and with the truth of God within you, as "One with" your Shaikh within you, and as "One with" God within Him.

For as Bawa teaches us,

"There is no true death without a true birth, and there is no true birth without a
          true death.

My dearest loving sister Rumi, this is the way to handle this and all experiences in your life, as being,

"From God within you to God within you."

In this way, what you have experienced has nothing to do with Rumi as "separate from" God, and is all about Rumi as "One with" God, once you realize, understand, accept, and join with this truth of your life, which for this age is the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen within you (may God be pleased with Him).  That is the differences.

MuhaiyaddeenLB:

The trick is for each of us to voluntarily put down our life as "separate from" God, that God has handed us, before we die, by handing it back to God, before we die, allowing our wisdom, and the truth of God within us, which is our Shaikh within us and God within  Him, to pass judgment on all of the lives of darkness within us, that have grown and come to maturity within us through our ignorance, and are nourished by our life of "separation and differences" on the "outside" of us, and in this way, ending our life as "separate from" God, and revealing our life as "One with" God.

Then, and only then, will our life, the pure life of our soul, and what Bawa within us, and God within Him, are doing with our pure life, with our soul hidden within us, be of value, be of any value to us, and not lead us to the angel of death, to the suffering of the grave, to Qiyamah, the Standing Forth, the Day of Judgment, and to an eternal live of "separation from" God.

This is the main wisdom point within the Suratal Fatihah, the two different paths that God has given each of us, which we must choose between and successfully walk,
before
we die, the two separate paths which determines the state of our eternal life,
either
the Straight or Correct Path, the Suratul Mustaqueem, the path of "Oneness with" God,

"The path of those on whom Thou has bestowed Thy Grace",

Or the crocked or wrong Path, the path of "separation from" God,

"The path of those on whom Thou has bestowed Thy darkness".

The choice is ours.

May we both think about this a little bit, my dearest loving sister Rumi.  It is very, very important.  Do you understand?

Amen, Amen, Ya Rabil Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahman Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahim Alameen.  Al-hamdu lillah.  Allahu Akbar.
